Please note the fee schedule for the event is as follows:

The registration fee will cover your attendance at the conference and will include refreshments, lunch, and access to all conference presentations. The fee does not include travel and accommodation costs. In order to complete your registration, kindly make payment through either of the options outlined below. Please note that only full payment of registration fees will confer entry to the event. Terms and Conditions
Full payment must be received to guarantee entry to the conference. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. If, for any reason, a cancellation is needed, then a cancellation request must be sent in writing to Frontier Exchange Ltd, Kennington Park 1-3 Brixton Road, London SW9 6DE, UK. Cancellation requests received in writing before 1 October 2018 will be refunded at 50% of fees.
For cancellations received in writing after 01 October 2018 you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another Frontier Exchange event for up to one year from the date of issuance. Refunds will be only given at the discretion of Frontier Exchange Ltd.
In the event that Frontier Exchange cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future Frontier Exchange event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. In the event that Frontier Exchange postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Frontier Exchange event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
Frontier Exchange is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. Please note that details and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Frontier Exchange reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
